What's NEXT? Throwback to the last event I attended in public society March 9th 2020.
On March 9th two of my amazing team members and I had the fabulous opportunity to sponsor the Sweat and Celebration run by Julie M. Costa the founder of The Sweat Republic!
What is the Sweat Republic? It is a community connecting fitness and wellness pros so they can collaborate and grow their businesses!
This amazing event brought in 200+ women in the Massachusetts area.
There was also an awesome vendor market, photo booth with our favorites at Level Up Your Selfie, headshots and so much more..
The Sweat and Celebration luncheon also hosted an amazing speaker panel highlighting ALL different areas of wellness and business!
Julie's motto is all about empowering Community Over Competition so the experts really highlighted their ways of using this motto throughout the entire panel.

What also inspired us all was that Julie really openly talked about losing her mother at a young age. She recently came across this amazing organization called empowerHer. Their specific mission is to empower, support and connect girls + young women who have experienced the loss of their mothers.
So aside from inspiring women on March 9th, Julie, gave a percentage of ALL ticket proceeds to empowerHer.
Founded by Cara Belvin, she formed empowerHER in 2013 out of the gratitude she had for all the support her family received after her own mother Kit died of breast cancer. Cara was just 9 years old and desperate to meet others who could relate to her loss - And, now with the support of countless volunteers + donors, Cara’s simple idea became a reality.
