After spending her career working in leadership development, she decided to start a consulting and coaching business that will help adults with learning disabilities and/or ADHD like herself who have been struggling in their careers.
Today on the podcast we learn all about her business, Cape-Able Consulting, It was created to help people navigate their day-to-day workloads so that they feel supported and are able to reach their highest potential.
Alex's biggest goal in creating Cape-Able Consulting is to change the stigma surrounding learning disabilities/ ADHD by reminding people what they Cape-able of.
On the podcast, Alex shares some really inspiring nuggets we ALL can use in our lives with a learning disability or NOT!

I spent my career in program and leadership development with the lens of a disability. I know what the needs are of people with Learning disabilities and/or ADHD, how they can get the support they need and help them lean into their strengths."
