Meet one of the First Boutique Studio Founders in Boston!
Meet Jenine Wright, who has an enormous passion for helping people. A couple years back, she launched Fit Life to create five studios under one roof with one mission: to make you feel as passionate and energized about your fitness as we are.
Each studio has unique, results-driven classes led by highly experienced instructors who will keep you motivated at every level.
"To say I would like to heal the world is an understatement. I believe that we can never stop learning and education along with critical thinking are two of the most important components a professional can possess."
Jenine has trained everyone from Olympic athletes to total newbies!
Talk about an impressive resume: Jenine has received a master's degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University and a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Massachusetts.
She has worked in clinical physiology, health promotion, and training prior to founding fit life. She’s served as an examiner for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds numerous certifications and qualifications, including ACSM Exercise Specialist and Health Fitness Instructor, TRX Suspension Training, Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor, Stages Indoor Cycling, Stage Flight, Indo-Row Coach, and STOTT Pilates Mat Reformer.
Today on the podcast we talk about how Jenine got started, the importance of combining movement and nutrition and how following "fitness" trends is NOT always the answer ;)
